Invoices or Statements

Use our lawn maintenance software to print customer bills as either statements or invoices.

For comparison we used our lawn maintenance software to print the same bill as both a Statement-Type invoice and an Invoice-Type invoice. We've highlighted the important differences between the two in yellow. Basically, in our lawn maintenance software, the statement-type invoice calculates a previous balance and prints charges and payment activity; whereas the invoice-type bill prints just the current charges activity. Which bill type you choose will depend on your customer's preference or requirements.
