Update v6.3.2
Be sure to keep up to date with the GroundsKeeper Pro updates. Updates will contain newly added features and/or bug fixes. Your data will import automatically into the newly updated version. Check this page often for updates that become available. A list of new features and/or bug fixes for each update released is shown below. To determine which version of GroundsKeeper Pro you're running, simply go into the program's About screen. If you're not running the latest release, we highly recommend you update to the new version. *** REQUIRED UPDATE FOR WINDOWS VISTA - WINDOWS 7 - WINDOWS 8 ***
Older versions are not compatible with the Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8 operating systems so updating to this latest version is required if you're running any of those OS. This version is still compliant with older Windows XP machines.
Fixed the "Run Time #6 - Overflow" error which occurs while in the Apply Payments and View Past Invoices screens.
Fixed the "76 - Path not Found" error which occurs while exporting a Route or Schedule to a CSV File.

Added Credit & Debit Card Processing capabilities. Adkad Technologies has partnered with Easy Pay Solutions to offer the ability to offer your customers the convenience to pay by credit or debit card right from withing GroundsKeeper Pro. No other hardware or software is required. For general questions or more information on Easy Pay processing rates call Easy Pay at 1-866-927-9344.
Added "Current Balance" and "Invoice Detail" to the Apply Payments screen. As described above, the ability to pay via credit/debit cards also added to the Apply Payments screen.
Added the ability to print Estimate & Time & Materials Categories lists. Ability to create a CSV (Comma Separated Values) File from Routes, Routing Template or Schedules. CSV Files can be Imported into most Mapping Software products.
Added Fuel Surcharge screen where a fee can be applied to 1 or all customer locations based on a flat rate or lotsize.
Ability to print an invoice with more than 92 Activity lines.
Added a checkbox to quickly select or deselect all services in the Increase Prices screen.

Estimating uses USA unit of measurements rather than metric.

The software update is the latest version of GroundsKeeper Pro and can be installed on an unlimited number of computers with 1 purchase. The latest version includes the features of all the previously released updates.
Update Fees
Our update fee is a one-time charge for this version of GroundsKeeper Pro. This fee does not include future software updates. Updates are released approximately every 1 1/2 to 2 years. Update fees are between $0 and $100 depending on what new features are added and what version you currently own. Updates are optional but we always recommend running the latest release.
