Return Policy

Here at Adkad Technologies Inc ("Adkad Technologies") we want our customers to shop with confidence. Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to help you to return your purchase. Please review our complete return policy below.

SOFTWARE:

If you're not completely satisfied with our software you may return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. There is a $35.00 Return Handling Fee; therefore the total refunded amount will be the total cost of the software minus the Return Handling Fee.

A refund cannot be given on any software purchases that have been provided with a "Permanent Registration Number". This number is normally given after 90 days of original purchase, however, in some special circumstances the Permanent Registration Number may be provided before the 90 days. A Permanent Registration Number is all numbers and does not begin with a letter. Because a refund cannot be given on any software purchases that have been provided with a "Permanent Registration Number", software updates and upgrades are not eligible for refunds.

Customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of the purchase date and we must receive the return shipment within 15 days from the date the RA# was provided. For the software to be considered for a refund it must meet the following criteria: Still inside the original packaging, no missing pieces, and original receipt.

An RA# can be obtained simply by calling us at (518) 875 - 6342. Please be sure to provide your name and reason for your return.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Returned shipments must be properly packaged, insured and have a tracking number. Adkad Technologies will not be held responsible for returns that are damaged or lost during return shipment. Upon receipt, the items will be inspected and refunds issued in the same manner as payment was made, please allow for 2-3 business days for processing. It can take up to 30 days for the refunded amount to show up on your credit card statement.

PAPER & ENVELOPE PRODUCTS:

As long as the item is New, Unopened and Unused it is eligible for a return. Customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number within 5 days of item receipt and we must receive the return shipment within 15 days from the date the RA# was provided. For items to be considered New, Unopened and Unused it must meet the following criteria: Still inside the original packaging, no evident damage on the product or external packaging, and no missing pieces.

Each return will be charged a 15% Restocking Fee. Original shipping/handling fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Returned shipments must be properly packaged, insured and have a tracking number. Adkad Technologies will not be held responsible for returns that are damaged or lost during return shipment. Incorrect or Damaged Item Policy:
Each order is carefully inspected prior to shipment. However, in the rare instance that you receive an incorrect (wrong item) or damaged item please contact us via phone at (518) 875 - 6342 within 5 days of item receipt for further assistance.
