ERROR 76: PATH NOT FOUND – EXPORTING A ROUTE TO A CSV FILE

You are here:
< Back

Issue:
Getting ’76 – Path not Found’ error while exporting a Route to a CSV File.

Reason:
The Route Name has a non-alphanumeric character such as a \ or / which is causing an invalid operating system file name to be created for the CSV file.

For example: The ‘Joe/Bill’ Route Name would need to be changed to remove the ‘/’ sign. The Route Name of ‘Joe Bill’ is better and will not cause an error during the export process.

Temporary Solution:

Rename the Route using only numbers and A-Z characters and try exporting the route to the CSV file again.

Permanent Solution:

Update to the latest version of your software product since this issue has been fixed.
