Access to some areas of the software are denied due to Registration Error #1: Registration Validation Error.
You may get this message if:
1. Your computer date is incorrect. To determine if your computer date is correct just hover your pointer over the date in the Windows Status bar (see Image 1).
To change the date double-click on the time display; this will popup the Windows Date/Time Properties window (see Image 2).
2. You entered a payment from the Apply Payments screen that had a date in the future (see Image 3).
To fix this problem you will need to change the payment date to a date equal to or earlier than your computer date. This may be accomplished through the Customer Maintenance | Charges/Payment tab (see Image 4). You may need to set your computer date ahead to after the future payment date before you’re allowed access to the screen.
Do not uninstall or reinstall the software to attempt to fix this error. Doing so will cause your data to be overwritten by the demo data.
If you cannot resolve the issue with the information provided then follow the guidance of the software’s registration error troubleshooter. Note: Older versions of the software do not have the troubleshooter. We recommend always running the latest version of your software product to take advantage of new features, improvements and bug fixes.
